Howard Marks' musicianship is often overshadowed by the notorious drug smuggling empire he built throughout the 1970s and '80s. At one point, Marks had 43 aliases and served as an agent for Her Majesty's Secret Service as well as orchestrating cannabis deals directly with the American CIA. The controversial Marks is captured here in a series of live performances from his MR. NICE tour of 2002, showcasing his music, humour, and rebellious persona.
